  • @decadyne I don't feel like Tyson gay has that next level speed Usain does. It would be fun to see him get the record, but I personally don't see it happening. I like your thoughts though:) It's fun to think about!

  • @decadyne Actually, the current world record for the 100m dash is 9.58, set by Bolt, which was done in August of 2009 at the IAAF World Championships, so that's not even two years old yet. We all know Usain is somewhat of a showboat, I'm willing to bet he's not quite working himself to his full potential yet. He's one of those guys who looks at it like, "Hey, it's not championship time, so why should I try?" I don't approve, but that's the way he is. And as good as Tyson Gay is remaining,

  • @yostar69 Well everyone, we can all relax now, according to blowstar69 there is "no difference" between a World Record; a Youth World Record or a season best time. In fact, yostink69 also thinks 45.8 is some kind of world record somewhere. Dude, Nellum ran 45.5 in HS. Steve Lewis ran a 43.87 when he was 19. And if you don't care, stop replying to anyone who makes comment and blathering on like you have clue.

  • @yostar69 First of all; get one thing straight, you could never "remind" me of anything because you know zero and your reading comprehension is in the dirt with anyone else who relies on the word "hater" because of their literacy limitations. My point was the announcer said "world record' as opposed to "youth world record"; BIG difference there moron. 45.8 is clearly excellent but it is FAR off the WR. Kirani is very good. You, on the other hand, are functionally retarded.

  • @decadyne tru tru point taken but we will see u in 2014 Go GRENADA lol

  • @Dreadlord67

Interesting point. Bolt's obviously got the fastest time, but he hasn't even come close to his record in 3 years. His season-opener in 2011 was 9.91 -- miles away from his best. Tyson however keeps performing very close to his best. Pretty interesting stuff, if you ask me. When's Bolt going to run fast again?

  • @yostar69

I'm talking about the reporter, you fucking ignorant dipshit.
