    Fish Oil!!!! high quality! you could make an entire video on the benefits of fish oil combined with CLa.

  • We were debating how much content to include on fish oil, but given it's HUGE health benefits we are saving most of the info for a video on Fish Oil by itself. Thanks for the comment, now we know people are actually interested!

  • You could do a video on strategies to cope with stress too.... While diet/exercise plays a large roll in this equation, stress plays a HUGE roll in your health and especially cardiovascular disease. But also, immune function, release of hormones, etc. I read a lot of articles/research about it, which is why I'm a low stress guy:)

    Stress coping strategies also increase adherence to diet/exercise plans. (what do people do when they are stressed? eat bad food/drink etc.) GL with new videos!
