I like a lot of what he says, but the long pauses and erie silence is a bit annoying for me. Thats a load of ritual I can do without.

Every time I feel overwhelmed by my mind, I can always come back to this video and have it provide the same effect, without fail. Seeing Tolle sitting there is equivalent to putting your face up to a blast furnace that's emitting presence XD
