Andrew Lloyd Webber was so funny here.
I was rooting for David the whole season, when i heard he was doing "Music of the NIght" i almost passed out - i knew he would do so perfectly and he did, especially the studio version.. He didn't do a rock version, he kept it very classical.
Like Randy said "If you can really sing, you can sing ANYTHING" He really was amazing!!

He is so beyond amazing. This is one American Idol I have never gotten sick of. I will admit that when I was watching the show I got nervous when he said he was going to sing this song, but he pulled it off so perfectly and brilliantly. Still to this day it is my favourite AI performance ever and sends chills up my spine. I do believe this man is every woman's wet dream. lol.
