Nice documentary..
However.. I'm curious to know which exercises you did during the 31 days during that time, because you didn't mention them.
Me personally, i find that doing the exercises under training mode to be much more effective.
I've done 15 minutes each of hitting as many tennis balls, hitting 30 baseballs, and punching the bag, and it did work up a little bit of sweat!
