I recommend a glass of chocolate milk. It has the same ratio of protein to carbs as the recovery, plus its chocolate milk...

Hello,
My advice is to eat light and appropriate the day before and the day you start. You may get sick your first few days. That is normal. You will also be sore around day 3 or 4. If you cant move your arms, day 3 , switch the exercise(this week only) with yoga or kempo. Then the next week you wont be sore , so just do the workouts in order now.
