Try turnip!

Very good. I made this last night with different veggies. The dressing is really nice. My family enjoyed it. Thanks.

@dianeovenden nice, I love it in stew as well :)

@codybear4you for sure - search my channel for 'watercress soup' - one of my fave raw soups :) not really the time of year for too many raw recipes, but as we get into summer I'll be posting more. Check my channel for recipes posted during the summer months, you should find more raw-ish recipes :)

@LeannaLitha awesome, I hope you enjoy it!

Surprisingly I enjoyed this recipe. I tried it because I am always looking for new ways to make this very nutritious food. I had to use canola oil mixed with coconut oil because where I live tahini, and the other oils mentioned are way too expensive for just one recipe (I am not a vegan). Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you for posting this. I will be making it often.

@cayseas this dressing is also awesome with some pureed avocado in place of the nut/seed butter - but I'm glad you enjoyed it with the coconut oil :) Thanks for sharing!

I've eaten this before, but with celery root instead of rutabaga, and with a lemon juice based dressing. It's awesome, and you can keep it in the fridge for days!

@Fiara mmm, love celery root too :)

I think I WILL try rutabaga! This looks delicious! I bet my 2y/o would eat that. Do you think salted and massaged raw kale in strips would work in here? Or are there some herbs you'd suggest? We are constantly looking for more ways to work them in

@liviecwh yeah, kale would work really well in here too - I like to make a bed of massaged kale, pile some of this salad on top, and drizzle with dressing. Fresh basil or mint would also be awesome in here :)
