Metroid X NES Hack Walkthrough 1

You must sign up on the forum in order to play this due to some updates of the Metroid Forum which is really not that hard to do. Look at the attached file on the first post. It will say: {Metroid X (V1.0) (Metroid Hack) .ips} click on it and it will upload the ips. Attach it to the original metroid rom and it should work fine.

Note: You must have Lunar IPS.

This is an awesome hack created by rage games along time ago by this link: http://ragegames.classicgaming.gamespy.com/metroidx.html but however the link is dead because it was just sitting there by itself never updated.

why didn't you collect some energy at the beginning? maybe it's faster to get back with dying, but if you would had an energy tank, it would be hard to fully replenish the energy

Want to make a hack like this? Google Editroid Download and then Google Coolrom and find the NES section and choose Metroid

Where can I find a Metroid ROM?

I got a NES/GB Emulator a long time ago, and it had 89 games on it that included metroid and metroid X. only it was the first time I ever played any metroid game so I thought that metroid X was a real NES game made by nintendo, like a sequel or something.

After the the long awkward first screen I got into it, and I think I liked it more than the original. only setback is you can't find passwords for it on the internet.
