5 mins warm up
15 mins circuit
5 mins warm down

AS MANY SETS AS POSSIBLE IN 15MINS:

20 x DOUBLE KETTLEBELL SWINGS 16KG each
5 x SNATCHES 16KG
5 x LUNGES
10 x AB WHEELS

I COMPLETED 4 IN JUST OVER 15MINS.
