Don't get me wrong, it's a wonderful song - but red, white and blue is a rather common color combination on flags. Like the French and American. And what I think of with those colors - my own flag, the Norwegian one! :) (And then there's also Iceland...)

I am American and don't get me wrong, it is a fab country, but I could do with a more proper, Harry Potter-having society (translation: British accents r frickin hot and I wanna go to the Burrow and hang with Weasleys). Anyways, I still don't get it-everybody accociates Red White and Blue with America, hello? England had those colours first? See? I can't help it! Bloody hell, I am such a HP freak of late I've been spelling random words the British way & saying things like "Bloody Hell".
