Ok... i think i may have an answer for you. It appears that this video has been featured on a few blogs, and embedded within their page. (btw, great job patriot bloggers!)
When that happens, it means passerby's have seen this vid, but didn't login to youtube to rate it. (probably because they don't have accounts) It actually pleases me more to know that it's people outside of youtube that have seen this vid, instead of those already in the know.
