I've heard Smithing is OP, Enchanting is OP, Sneak is OP, Block is OP, Conjuration is OP, Alchemy is OP, Archery is OP...

But I haven't heard Speech is OP yet.

Just download mod to make all creatures harder. And download where stamina effect the dmg of your weapon the lower it is.
