But yes, there are a lot of worms out there causing problems when you look at the parasitology texts. Pinworm, hookworm, whipworm, threadworm, roundworm, tapeworm, flukes (and different varieties of each!).

@trevgk I took a course of Secnidazole, Nitazoxinide and Furazolidone twice, both times it relieved symptoms, but they came back. Blasto is tenacious as it holds on in the mucous membranes of the gut. The CDD in Sydney Australia administers a second line therapy of these 3 drugs via the colon which reports good results though early days - but do I really have to take myself off to Oz at great expense? I live in UK still unless someone knows another sure way that's what I may have to do...

I've have chronic pelvic pain syndrome and fibromylagia badly for 3yrs now.I found out I had whipworm when some were almost 3inches.This seems helpful I used the net to diagnose myself as sadly not all medical professionals are as aware of different worms.Pinworm is not the only parasite in existence!We need more medical vids like this to promote and increase knowledge:)

@reptile1000 yes, and it doesn't help that there is practically zero support by so-called medical experts, called doctors, they are as bad as the bankers
