@TheJuzMii That is because he forgot to tell you to actually go to the plug-in and install NextGen Gallery. Sometimes I think they actually forget that some of us are total newbies.

Sorry - this video was actually for some of my clients that already have NextGen Gallery plugin installed. If you don't see a Gallery Menu - first install Nextgen Gallery, then it will be there.
