  • You need to plug the mail end of a plug into the modem. You can use either a RJ45 or RJ11.

  • @bhingrcj Oops. Another problem. Im using the splitter Cat5E and originally from the wall rj45 socket, my pc is connected to it through a Cat5E cable. now, when i used the splitter, the pc could not connect to the internet, but my laptop could connect. What seemed to be the problem? Any solution?

  • @bhingrcj I found the problem. The cable running from the hub to the wall outlet has a different configuration. is this possible? how will i solve this confict?

  • Hello Sebastien. i bought two of these Y adapters and followed your instruction. but it did not work. Only one line has the internet while the other does not have any.
