"Strophes of Sappho" ( 1983 ) - 5 postludes for Guitar solo ( with a possible narration before each Postlude ) is wonderfully played by Gregory "Grisha" Nisnevich and recorded by him on his CD ( Denver CO, USA ) . In the design there are used several paintings by a very talented artist Margareth Degeling ( Holland ) as a leit-motif through the whole composition . Published by Editions Orphee ( USA ) "Strophes" have become a very popular composition and one can find some different performances even on YouTube .
