Stonedmonkpro seems to be the kind of guy who sees a situation, calls it, finds out what happened, gets "evidence" one way, gets "evidence" the other, seems satisfied with what he called it at first, continues to get in the way of the police, ''appologises'' and continues to get in the way. From the video evidence, the man got a bloodied nose, had about 5 officers on him who took him away while you were getting in the way of the police and pedestrians.
