Seeing your feet in Ardhamandala I feel the feet are at 30 degree angle. So Is it that both the feet with heel as a point of contact, are at a 30 degree angle or 45 degree angle ?
I would appreciate if you can tell me what is the angle ? is it 15 or 30 or 45

I would now recommend an angle between 130 to 180 degree. That will help your legs to open up and that gives a feeling of deeper posture. working on updating this video soon!!

Hi friend..there are lot of folk and western dances that involve hip movements....but when it comes to classical it is minimized.

Hi.This is a commonly seen in a new student. Once you are aware of it and with practice it is minimised.
