The people who make these ads seem to think that the word "accident" means "something that could not possibly have been prevented". It doesn't. According to Webster's Dictionary, an accident is "an unfortunate occurence or mishap, especially one resulting in an injury". Therefore "There really are no accidents" is a false statement and they need a new tagline.

Accident? This was no accident. It was a bet that I could deal with high voltage wires without proper training. My bad.
