A new bill is expected in Congress that will look at the safety of hybrid cars and the blind. The nearly-silent cars are difficult to detect for pedestrians who can't see them. (April 9)

The automotive companies spend millions of dollars to keep the cars QUIET, PASS only allows noise when it's necessary this is why it should be on demand, FYI Leader Dogs for the Blind in Rochester Hills, Michigan has 2 system that they have been using for 2 years for training. but I am the inventor of PASS SYSTEMS so I am Bias, go to my you tube and see it
