A while ago, I was experimenting a bit with right hand muting, where I tried to use three fingers (thumb,index,middle). I came up with this little lick and I thought I'd share it with you :)

My right hand is resting on the strings, which dampens them. Don't press on the strings though, or you will mute them completely. I then pluck the strings using the thumb for the E and A-string, the index finger for the D string and the middle finger for the G-string.
