http://www.todddurkin.com Fitness Quest 10 owner Todd Durkin is talking about nutrition, more specifically your pre and post nutrition. No matter who you are and what you are training for, you need to make sure you are eating the right thing before and after your workout to get the best results.

  • @sheshaman it all depends on your macronutrients for the rest of the day and how many you need throughout the day

  • OK I ha ve a question, I'm already taking the protein atfer work out "ELITE" and my workouts usually end around 7:00 8:00 pm. Can I still take the one "Casei" Before bed, or it is to much My dinner is already

    1 medium apple

    1 banana

    hand full of nuts

    1 cup of Yoghurt

    1 spoon of peanut butter

Cause let me tell You something, after that, probably by mid night I'm hungry.... Thanks

  • You more wanna question? I've got one for no one knows how to answer me! or maybe don't want to answer.

    It's very simple!

What and how much should I eat just before and after work out? :)

To be more specific: what proportion of Carbs(High and Low glycemic) Proteins and Fat?

    How simple is that?

NOTE: High/Low Glycemic, I mean for example Brown or White Pasta/Rice

  • @DarlingKaya 2 eggs with yolk is better than 5 whites and 1 yolk... saves calories and provides optimal nutrition

  • @iMhike yes egg yolks important but eating 5 whites and 1 yolk is better then eating 5 eggs with all the yolks, saves calories and cholesterol ;)

  • @hjillagen doesnt matter. same thing

  • @linnywinnie5 you´d have to be eating a bath tub worh of fake sugars a day to get cancer from it

  • @KingVictorious27 then eat shrimp, chicken, tuna... its not that hard, you dont need protein powders for it =) even your 30 g of oats has 5g protein :)

  • @Etyopis add some veggies with that, you need a good source of carb after you workout to replenish your energy. I dont reccomend eating the yolk after working out, fat after workouts slows something down that i cannot remember the name of:P

  • @Ben762x51 i used to use gold standard, gave me the biggest stomach cramps it tastes like crap and made me sick .. GROSS=) i use lean desert protein =) YUM
