I live in upstate NY and crunch time is here. Governor Cuomo has recently presented his budget and it is a ball buster. Unfortunately, it is too little too late and the masses are not at all prepared. Hard times are coming. I work in the non- profit sector that depends on medicaid & I've been trying to warn coworkers that they need to have a plan B in the works without sounding too much like a tin foil hat wearing kook. It is simply amazing how people seem to have no clue as to what is coming.

@bondez6 Sure is a lot of unrest in the world now, we think it is only for other countries now the unions decide they want to bust some hump here by forcingthe rest of us to pay them more when there is no more. Good luck with that. Food prices are going crazy as are all commodities and people who are not eating are protesting now. Funny how people get so upset when there is nothing to eat, people seem to be like that.

DOW 20 Thou!!! More than likely you will see some turbulance in spring and summer months, come fall more BULL movements. The chart looks great. Its a good time to buy stock. Then short in april/may till around fall and winter months. We will see all time highs. Germany just bought our NYSE (the strongest economy in the world) so it seems that they are what you would call "LONG" on the USA. 2012----DOW 20,000 BUY BUY BUY BUY 2012 DOW 20,000. And I know why it will happen-but not saying.

@manoftruth - Advertising, prophezising, making predictions, all the same thing really. Not only on Gold were you wrong, you were also totally off about a good many other predictions, ok? That is the truth also, or not? I am just being objective and call it the way I see it. As far as my take on Gold, well, maybe 1,500 to 1,600 at year end is possible, maybe more depending on unforeseen events. Who out there knows the prize of gold in advance? Or bonds rates?
