Who ever says you cant build muscle while you have a lot fat, is obviously wrong.. Fat is stored energy the body doesnt use.. so in a result your burning the stored energy, and building muscle at the same time. Its a simple concept to understand, read a book America!

Hey man great job on motivating yourself to workout. I've been lifting for quite a few years and just wanted to make a few comments. You should be working more full body workouts like squat, deadlift, and bench press. The bent over rows are good but if you do full body exercises you will lose fat so much faster. Also, depending on your financial situation try to eat all natural foods. Once you start eating things like chicken, fish, LEAN red meat combined with good carbs youll be lean fast.

yea it is...running on a treadmill hurts their joints, trust me i was a fat person, lifting weights helped me soo much
