Stolen Kosovo [Uloupene Kosovo, Oteto Kosovo] 1-10

State-owned Czech co-produced Vaclav Dvorak's Stolen Kosovo prior to the Czech Government's recognition of the mafia state on Serbian territory, and then banned it after that recognition.

According to the Czech daily Aktualne, representatives of Czech TV justified their refusal to show the one-hour documentary about the suffering of the Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija province by claiming the documentary is "unbalanced" and marked with "pro-Serbian bias", and so "the tone of the documentary could cause negative emotions". To which Dvorak responded that the same could be said for "Holocaust documentaries, where the Nazi Germany 'side' and 'views' were also appropriately ignored".

The makers of Stolen Kosovo said that while the Serbian television archives were used in some segments of the film, not a penny was received from Serbia or from Serbs in the making of the documentary. At the same time, they have challenged the censors to point to a single statement, image or a segment that is incorrect or false, with no response.

The film which was first scheduled to be shown on March 17, 2008 — the anniversary of the latest pogrom against Kosovo-Metohija Serbs in 2004 — and than delayed until April, but has still not been aired. The Czech Government recognized Kosovo as a State May 21.

The documentarians therefore released their film on YouTube.

Does it actually matter who Kosovo "belongs" to? Or is Kosovo is just a name for a specific patch of the Earth. Though we may call that patch Kosovo, it's just another patch of Earth. Why not stop judging people as national entities and instead understand them as a global presence, a human, an Earthling.

A study done in 1871 by Austrian colonel Peter Kukulj for the internal use of the Austro-Hungarian army showed that the mutesarifluk of Prizren (corresponding largely to present-day Kosovo) had some 500,000 inhabitants, of which: 318,000 Serbs (64%), 161,000 Albanians (32%).

Modern Serbian sources estimated that around 400,000 Serbs were cleansed out of the Vilayet of Kosovo between 1876 and 1912, especially during the Greek-Ottoman War in 1897.

Serbs were in Kosovo first. Look up the censuses and demographic history of Kosovo. In the 14th century there were only 3 Albanian settlements and 86 Serbian settlements. Albanians only began to flood into the region after Serbs had developed it.

i agree that america has done all these horrific things and raped & burned the peoples & lives of countless people in other countries or been a proxy to it occurring, from inserting dictators to ravaging the middle east

but even as a figure of speech bombing america's capital not only wouldn't change the evil in the government, it would exponentially increase their fires of war & give them ammo to invent reasons to invade others for years to come
