I have to say I think going "high end" for mobile gaming is a mistake, it's going to cost more to make games for it and the software does not sell as well as it does on 360 or ps3. I have to disagree with you about handhelds being the way we game in the future. Cell phone gaming does well because games generally cost under $10.00 and are cheap to produce, also you are playing them on hardware that has many other uses, vita or 3ds are pure gaming machines and too expensive.
