There is one comment in this video: for the past 10 - 20 years people were living high on the hog, credit cards, new cards, eating out - the whole lifestyle.

There is the truth as to what this is all about. All you will see as an end game is to revert back to a more normal and sustainable consumerism. Nothing more and nothing less. People will figure this out if they have not already. This painful period too will pass.

We can thank our criminal Dept of Education who let most of us be taught History by our gym teacher. I only remember it as the most boring class where we did nothing but regurgitate dates and names. They left out all the good juicy stuff. I've learned more about history since June 2007 than I did all through high school.

@22tus Racist? I used to have only blacks axe me the white boy in the Geo Metro for gas money every time I stopped in at Arco in Vallejo, Ca. My answer was "Hey, I need to eat too." Show me your car....it was never there. At the same station used to hand out $2.50 cases of Top Ramen to some of the homeless guys living near the marina on Wilson. They looked pathetic but never panhandled. I always told them it was from Virgil, an old timer who passed away in 2002. He used to do that....

@kinbigbird Yeah, what is important....God set me here with a brain and some skills and told me "Son, I gave you the tools, make your own way and make ME proud" So I did. And I did without. Somehow I just cannot feel sorry for the "poor" who have a cell phone, big screen TV, cable, and don't look starved. All of my life I worked smart, not hard. I saved. I drive an old Geo Metro, have an old TV, old truck, and didn't piss my earnings away. This guy and others could have done the same thing.

@Rjroc44 that's because the immigrants will take the jobs and not complain. I hire people for construction and will take anyone. Not saying that all native born American's are like that but it has been commonly the case. For example I hired several guys for a temp job. 3 native born and 2 immigrants. The immigrants got to work right away and would even work through lunch. I was giving them $12 an hour which we agreed on. Then 2 of the native born guys (one was mexican one was anglo-white)
