I simply made a couple of points of fact to Beatles haters who had hijacked this post! I soon realized one of them was quite mad so I pulled all my comments. Ha!
This is a fragment of a "political period" Godard film, which has the Stones in the studio as one of its elements.
Godard tried for a year to get The Beatles but failed, so went with the Stones.
