I thought this video would be awful at first glance....this guy makes some great points. Responsible medication use is possible. Some overdue it. Communicate with your physician and be careful. Insomnia is awful and its not as simple as the people that don't suffer from it say. Glad you made this video.

im not a doctor, but when i was taking ambien i was told i was only suppose to take it for two weeks and that was the general rule for everyone. ambien just made me sleep walk, eat everything in sight and then not remembering shit the next day. i'm not hating on ambien, but all i have to say is that thank god i live in a medical marijuana state and have a reccomendation. heavy indicas put me out faster then any pill does.
