Quite insightful to the business world! The video is a revelation.

The obvious is often missed. Not here.
Good decision-making, execution, and achieving great results - often left out of the formula for improving organizational collaboration. While this seems obvious many organizations especially people oriented ones, like healthcare, human services, and even technology companies focus major change initiatives on the "process of collaboration." Accelerating collaboration to good decision-making and outstanding results should be measured by business success.

Work all over Europe. and what I have seen is not a pretty sight .
Some countries are worse than others.

Are they making better decisions faster or more decision making more often? That is, it's possible the best practice is to continue to evaluate as well as be willing to be agile (as opposed to being stubborn). With such an approach, bad decision are caught sooner and thus more likely to be corrected.
That said, is this an interview or a sale's pitch?

Start with 5:30 to start to understand what she talks about

Interesting. I'd like some more clarification on the following:
> how were the 4 concepts operationalized? what variables were used?
> which of the 4 had the greatest effect?
> what correlational measure was used?
> You note a 95% correlation - for clarity, are you speaking to the 95% probability of statistical significance (P score) or are you speaking to the strength of the actual correlation (R score)
...and there are other questions.
Honestly, I feel I learnt nothing from this 11 mins.
