It went pretty well. You be the judge. I was on Twin Cities Live recently and you can watch and enjoy a good laugh. Go to:

(The Station just called. i can't use beer.)

Help! My wife and I don't agree. I'm doing a live TV appearance and have been working on this beer marinaded steak recipe for the show. (It's for Father's day) If you could make this and let me know what you think in the comments, we could settle this debate. Also, if you have any ideas for other ingredients let me know. BTW it also works with chicken, just cook it on medium low. And you can cook it on the grill if needed.

If you do a video response I'll send you some free stuff.

I'll post the link once the TV show is posted.

Marinate steak in beer and half a chopped up white onion for at least an hour.

Then combine
2 spoonfuls brown sugar
1 spoonful salt
1 spoonful black pepper
1 spoonful onion powder
1/2 spoonful paprika

mix together. Take steak from marinade and coat all sides with Brown sugar mixture. fry in pan on medium heat for 4 or 5 minutes each side. enjoy.

  • I bet it would go better on the grill. I bet if you used a chuch steak and did the same thing over a grill and cooked it really slow it would be even better.

  • @burntonion05 See the final episode, I did do it on the grill although it works amazingly well in the pan. But what is a church steak?

  • @cookingfordads Sorry for the typo. I meant chuck steak.

  • @burntonion05 Ah, I was wondering how I had never heard of that. I'm a big chuck eye fan.

  • five minutes really?

  • @xXsquishy420Xx really more like 4

  • Hey adcel try doing this:Put ur crap in a bowl and then make some crap cake!

  • The rub worked great. I use a tablespoon of merlot wine with 1/8 cup of Olive oil, then the rub. Try that. Wine breaks down the beef, acts as a natural tenderizer. Old trick from a local steak house from St. Paul. Mancinii's.
