On Thursday, June 10, 2010, investigators from the Portland Police Bureau's Drugs and Vice Division served multiple search warrants on residences and vehicles and seized ten pounds of heroin and $65,000 in cash. ; This investigation began approximately two months ago after investigators began following up on information they received about a sophisticated heroin sales operation.
This bust did nothing but piss off the Hispanics who smuggle the heroin in and everyone else who buys from them. All it did was break a cycle and caused dealers to be smarter about their ways. Heroin will never leave Portland, it's become a part of the city, from the hippy hobos who shoot up, to business men and middle class workers, as well as the younger generation who smoke the drug instead of injecting it

then sold it to the homeless in old-town. C'mon idiots, tell the truth for the very first time ever.
