I can relate to this, ever since i took shrooms and pills i've been having panic attacks over the strangest, most random shithad some bad trips, bad hilucinations and it's scarred me for life...but taking anti depressants and therapy helped me to become stronger and fight these demons, haven't had an attack for 2 months, used to have them every day...this is a great video and t helps people, and to know that someone feels the same!

Ever had any inner-ear problems? Here's a suggestion: "Phobia Free" by Harold N. Levinson. Get it used on amazon or from the library for I have no financial interest in Levinson's work, just an emotional one. The book saved my life. Attack free for 16 years from a simple inner-ear medication. Get your inner ears checked, thoroughly. There is a medical link between panic and vestibular problems. go to pubmed dot gov and type vestibular agoraphobia into the search block.

same with be with the universe. its like this over whelming scale of destruction and all you can think about is the unescapable fate that you will die. and you are trapped in your body for doom. i used to get em everyday but now i take drowsy meds before i go to bed (thats when i would get them) and so now i just sorta dont worry about them.

That's great that you have something to get around them. My buddy Jon was irritated at me that I couldn't control myself. It's not rational, but in that state of mind you can't just make it stop or tell yourself it'll be ok. Now though, I realize the world hasn't changed, it's me.
