Here's an idea for anyone with a small home studio but wants to get that great natural "Big Room" sound. this is basically a way to fake that with some technology. Easy 2 mic setup.

Record anything you want with this technique!

In this video I am using the Shure SM7b and a CAD E70

  • I can use my PreSonus Audiobox with two microphones to record simultaneously? for example an SM57 close to the amplifier and a AKG P220 for the room? as a dynamic and a condenser at the same time with my Audiobox? as always, very good videos. Greetings and thanks!

  • @ddstalta Yes yes yes!! You can record 2 channels at a time with those mics!

  • @garagebandandbeyond I was wondering what the best microphone for recording guitar amps is. (for rock and metal) Should I use dynamic or condenser? I've heard the sm57 or sm58 are good... thanks

  • @Metalrox247 Sm57 is the industry standard, but I LOVE my SM7b for recording "heavy" electric guitars
