In this video I (m/50/185) complete the first round of a five round workout consisting of the following exercises: Deadlifts (185 lbs / 10 reps), Box Jumps (20" box / 15 reps); Toes to Bar (10 reps). I completed the firrst round in 1:21 and thee entire workout in 12:02 (I slowed down considerably in rounds 3-5). Good workout tonight!
