@wesman2232 P bass overall arent good for slap or tap really, well there good for slap SOMETIMES i like to slap my P , but never tap it imo x D but picking sounds the BEST on a p bass imo

Thanks. Claypool has it easy because he always plays this on his 4-string short-scale bass, which has frets that are slightly closer together.

do you need some kind of jazz bass for this song? I use a P-bass and it doesn't pick up the taps well xD
