Using Microsoft Excel
To randomly choose from a list you have to go into math and trig and choose Rand. Place this in each cell the column then click formulas. Click automatic several times to get a random value. Click Manual and then click Home. Click sort & filter, then click custom and sort by the column the "rand" in this will place all the numbers and associated names in Numeric order after the randomization. The top however many results will be your list of random choices.
