Rikti capital ship? Hundreds of units ranking 4 Threat levels above our best heroes? Everything and their grandmother shooting at us with plasma RPG's and blades larger than BAB's fist? The freaking guy that has EVERYTHING Con GREY to him?

It's not any existing song, per se. You can find it in the pigg files with Pigg Viewer - one of the sound files has all of the neighborhoods' music labeled by the name of that neighborhood. Or you can get the ogg file off of ParagonWiki, which is the same format ripping it with PiggViewer would provide.
