Perhaps a brief explanation would help answer your questions.

We usually put in anywhere from 6-10 hours of research, writing, filming, editing, and uploading for each show. You can see how that made it a little difficult back when we were doing daily episodes. Our audience never really took off despite our efforts. We've heard of people that managed to create internet shows and live off of t-shirt sales, but that just wasn't in the cards for us. Right now we don't have enough viewers to turn the show into a career.

So if you don't make money on the show - and believe me we don't - then what do you do for a living? you ask. We have a company that produces videos, websites, and print media. Most of our business clients are small to medium sized, and most of them are going under. With clients not able to pay us, we are having a hard time staying afloat. Finding new clients in this economy has been extremely challenging as well. We actually shut our office doors March 8th. (The end of the show video was filmed in advance and put off for as long as possible.)

It is not a question of not having enough to pay for the show, it is a question of not having enough to survive. Without the day job to pay for this job, we've found ourselves in a difficult situation. But who knows what the future will hold. We're still optimistic.

  • HOW'D YOU GUYS RUN OUT OF MONEY! I figured that these videos were little to no money productions, after all your hosting them on a free site, you can get the information for what your talking about FREE from the internet and you can edit them for FREE too because all computers come with some sort of free editing software. Okay, you gotta buy the white cloth in the backround but that costs like $5.

  • From reading some of the comments, including this one, we have decided that a little more information from us was in order. Please check out the updated video description.

  • Aww I love this show. So im with XenHev and xDrawAHeart, COME BAAAAAAAAACK! :*(

  • i was part of the 1% of youtube that got to try out the new screen setup its amazing

you have a new option that makes the screen bigger but you can still scroll down and leave a comment and then go back to watching a bigger youtube

  • Somehow I am not moved to care in the slightest... Yes it's hard, but that said you still have the Costly equipment already PAID4, along with the computers & software you used to do this series (which is a good thing to have to start out with) and you can't even try to kick start a new show in-between a new job (assuming ya company flat lines, which sucks) and instead of quitting you actually do a tiny project to help build an audience so when you do get to make full shows, you have something.

  • Why don't you get more advertisers and review their stuff in a funny way ? I mean your advert for the movie dvd thing was cool

  • at least your not dead, just lost for now.

  • MY EYEBALLS ARE GONNA EXPLODE FROM HOLDING BACK SO MUCH TEARS although it's apparent that you guys pull through now. Congrats! woohoos!

  • Are you still optimistic now?

  • That was one of the most depressing YouTube videos I've ever seen. I'm glad I saw it AFTER you came back :)

  • @WhatYouOughtToKnow yea, like his back, we wanna see face :^)
