Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (VMC) is the public hospital of Santa Clara County. It is the only hospital in the region that will treat everyone, regardless of ability to pay. During these difficult times, more people than ever are relying on VMC for their care. To help keep VMC open to all, the VMC Foundation (a 501c3 non-profit charity organization) launched the "Give a Booster Shot" campaign in 2009, encouraging VMC employees to donate a small portion of their paycheck to the Foundation. The campaign was a huge success. Give a Booster Shot is back for 2010, and we are kicking it off with a something fun.
