  • 50 % of the cast is gone... Julie London, Robert Fuller, Bobby Troup... last I heard the guy who played Dr. Morton wasn't doing very well either- pancreatic cancer or something

  • Yes I hate to see the cast go. It was quite funny in pilot Episode when they showed Bobby Troup playing the piano as a hobby. Then there was a later Episode when John and Roy go to Julie London's character for some "singing" advice. A great show overall...

  • Robert Fuller isn't dead..google him.

I would have included the link, but you tube won't let me....

  • I am uploading the Great Rescues of Emergency! Episode to my channel. Feel free to check it out. I should have it completed on let's say monday night

  • Robert Fuller is still alive.

  • 10-4 Rampart

  • Such great memories of being locked right in front of the living room TV as a kid. "Rampart Rampart...this is Emergency 51"!!!!

  • EMS was just coming into professional standards. Back then scoop-and-swoop was still possible with virtually any vehicle that could carry a body. Training standards were just being initiated nationwide. I wonder how many thousands of careers were launched by people inspired by watching this program. I know mine was.

  • I loved loved loved the Emergency truck when I was a kid.

  • @ckg927 Yeah, but the intro has since been "generalized," so you won't see this version.

  • @Motorcyclephil If your market has RTN(through the digital subchannels), they air Emergency.

  • @LASportsFan4Life Could have sworn I saw him on an episode of House in its first season...
