@nameofthepen Oh wait, let me downgrade to your level of argumentation: I don't like what you have to say so you're a mouth-breathing burger chef. Instead of talking about the topic at all, I'll just call you a big ole dummy. Yeah, great strategy. *Eye-roller, right there.

@blingerninja - Remember: "Do you want fries with that, sir?"
-
@blingerninja - Well, I've seen enough of you to know that you better learn to master this phrase:
“Do you want fries with that?”
-
@blingerninja - your eloquence is impressive.
I will accord your comment the attention it deserves. (yawn)

@nameofthepen No, no he doesn't, fucktard.

@rerevisionist - sorry; should be U235 of course.

@rerevisionist - I made a mistake here; true solarisation is where there's intense light. (Focal Encylopedia of Photography, 1960). The Sabattier effect is what I meant (and what is simulated by image processing software).

@BarneySaysHi - Barney, hi! Yes, that's the story. But global warming, swine flu, etc are stories too.
I only started to doubt it on considering the total amount of neutrons supposedly given off by U238. Something like a handful, as it were - in fact much lass since most of any atom is empty space. Is it possible that so much radiation can be generated? Think about it.
There's also the half-life issue: for example U238 's half life is a few billion years - it's hardly radioactive at all.

Just because you never met the victims of the radiation poisoning doesn't mean they never existed.

Rerevisionist, you bring up some very good questions re: this footage.
