@pushdarock30 lol him saying that the kick comes from the knee is a tribute to his ignorence. You see Muah Thai uses much of the same movement in a JKD kick, only they dont chamber the knee(Keep your centerline with it). JKD kicks use the same method of delivery only they chamber the knee and get more G forces from the high rate of speed circling around this joint. In muah thai they disregard the knee and just use the hips. JKD adds the knee. Its that simple.

@pushdarock30 btw Bruce Lee can kick a person off ground and land at a length of a gymnasium. you can search for some info about it at other website if you think i'm talking crap.

@pushdarock30 if you know people say Muay Thai were great but Bruce Lee seen many Muay Thai fighter but none impressed him and Bruce Lee thinks their kicks are not good enough so Bruce Lee modified the kick to put in Jeet Kune Do. maybe because of this that why Muay Thai people don't like JKD kicks.
