@sneekz07 Actually, I've met her in person, I've been to her parents' home, and my mother used to be one of her friends when they were still high school age. My mom is also deaf, by the way, and there is a pretty extensive deaf community. Marlee also often speaks of one of her best friends, a woman named Liz, whose house I have been to (it's more like a mansion). Marlee has also pretended to not remember who my mother is when they met again some years later. I think I know. :)

@TwistedResolve Oh shallap. You aren't in her life, you don't know what she is doing.

@queblevia Too bad she snubbed all of her "lower class" friends who supported her til she became famous.

i love her and admire her so deeply. even growing up with this 'disability' (i only use quotes cuz even she doesn't seem to believe this in any way makes her unable to do anything she wants to do) she's so free and determined and is CONSTANTLY rockin us with her abilities.
she's so sweet. and is always tryin to change the world a little at a time.
everyone should make noise with marlee. she's always got a good cause.
MARLEE MATLIN IS THE BEST. She is an inspiration to ALL people. She just shows that even with a "disability", she could still sound, act, and even talk with great wit and humor. I LOVE YOU MARLEE! (for real!) :D
