  • More great tips from the master herself. Too many people I know who want to get in shape never stretch before working out, and it kills them within minutes. Maybe they'll listen to you!

  • The only thing that I can suggest is to make sure you go to the gym either before of after work. It just takes planning and adherence. :)

  • I am glad that I can help. She may start building her strength in her upper body by starting the push up on her knees. Once she is able to do 15-20 reps then she can progress to full pushups. :)
