Another question which I need your help. I've heard people said that lifting heavy will cause some shifting or injury to women ovary. Is that true? Any precaution that I should know to prevent this?
thanx for the tips...sounds gr8...i definitely like part about posture...cause in my job i have sit around almost all day....do u have any suggestions about how i could keep my body active & in good shape in a situation like this?...btw,u look absolutely wonderful!
I am glad that I can help. She may start building her strength in her upper body by starting the push up on her knees. Once she is able to do 15-20 reps then she can progress to full pushups. :)
Yoga and Pilates are great for posture and flexiblility.

The only thing that I can suggest is to make sure you go to the gym either before of after work. It just takes planning and adherence. :)
