I've always wanted to see a Children of the corn movie that actually followed the short story by Stephen King. and this is what I wanted to see. But I have to questions, why did they decide to change it's name? And where can I find this on disk, would I have to burn it online?

seeing all the films that make up the children of the corn series, i must say that this stands closest to the original short story, the creepiest of all, and the one that takes itself the most seriously. compared to the others, this one is a genius work!

Even in this moderately produced short, Steven King's talent is apparent. And as for the individual who says this film looks like so cheap.... Do you have any idea how much this "cheap" short is to produce? Its film not video, and its look and feel are appropriate for the genre and tone. Its precisely what it should be. A great, innovative short.

It was made a year before, but this short was made completely independently. I don't think the makers of the film even knew about it.

What's not to get? It's a short film based on "Children Of The Corn", however the title's been changed.
