Could be old capacitors, bad filter caps. I don't know much about organs. I'm guessing it's problems with the capacitors in the power supply. Could also be a grounding issue. I don't know much about organs.

@ProjectCarTV Goes to show the beauty of Fundamentals and being methodical in keeping a good Control in scientific method. I picture you in Colorado. Am I close?

@ProjectCarTV Thank you. T,that's what I thought too, caps. What ended up happening was interesting. I ended up methodically and deftly testing almost ALL of the components in the Power Supply and The Audio Mplifier. I found no "crazy" parts. I was putting it back together for the final time for a shelving (although the concept for shelving a full-sized console organ is just aweful.) Step by step I put it together and for unknown reasons, it worked. I don't know the cause; I don't know the fix.
