Hi Gayathri garu,I tried this yesterday. I too was never gud at cooking vankaya. It turned out so good. I liked the flavour. But the only problem I had is while frying the green chilli and ginger paste I couldn't bear the ghaatu smell. Everyone in my house were coughing and sneezing. But everybody liked it though. Thanks for the recipe.

Namaste. chala thanks for posting this curry..this is one of my most favourite curry if not the most favourite..nenu UK lo 10 yrs nundi vuntunnau, ee koora tinaka chala rojulu ayindi ( of course I never cooked..take aways only)..today tried after seeing ur video,came really good ( maa daggar kottimeera dorakadu..so i did not use it though)

Mostly Yes. These curries are called Iguru Kooralu in telugu. These dishes rely on the taste of the vegetable rather than the seasoning ingredients. Though we are using the same ingredients the tastes differ !!!!
