Sweet video, gonna start my new dk today! But I'm a little confused. You said you macro horn of winter into your hotkeys so it is activated whenever of cd for the runic power. But doesn't this waste a gcd and therefore reduce your dps by quite a bit? Thanks in advance for a response x

No you don't use obliterate anymore, it's just not as good as Necrotic + Howling Blas spam. Go into an arena and check the diffrence your self.
