自然站立,開馬向側橫開一步,身體下蹲成騎馬步,上體正直,兩目平視,雙手同按至腰胯,雙肘外撐,吸氣至滿,以腰為軸,頭脊要正,將身軀向左,目視左方,同時呼腰向下划弧,至回上前吸氣,向左落時盡量目視左腳,動作要隨呼吸而做,不要過急,動作之間可以稍停再做,左式連轉八次,再同樣方法做右式也是八次。功用:可解虛火上炎,煩躁不安症狀,健腎強身。
